J & B Distributing warrants to the original purchaser of the Electronic Cigarette, that it will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of original purchase. During the warranty period, at our discretion, will repair or replace (with a new component) components that are proven to be defective. Exclusions to this warranty will be defects resulting from misuse, improper or inadequate maintenance or unauthorized modification. This Limited Warranty gives the original purchaser specific limited rights, in addition to those rights under applicable local law.
